Add-ons cost the same on every plan, are billed per month on top of it, and unlock every export in that country while subscribed. Per-km² figures assume you export your full monthly allowance in that country.

Verified students get 70% off the Professional subscription — applied to the base plan price only, not to add-ons or usage over the monthly allowance. Verified automatically with your university email.

How does the free trial work?+
Small Business and Business can be tried free for two weeks. Request a trial, we set it up for your team, and you get the full plan — the monthly allowance, all seats, every export format, plugins and API. When the trial ends, you decide whether to continue.
What is pay-as-you-go?+
Single exports with no subscription: €30 per km² with worldwide data and €60 per km² with premium national data. Countries built by Cityweft (US, France, Poland, Denmark, Slovenia, Belgium) are a flat €300 per export. You get 3D buildings and terrain in the core formats; plugins, API access and team features come with a subscription.
What does 1 km² include?+
A square kilometre of your chosen polygon: terrain, buildings, surfaces, infrastructure, and instances — all in one editable export.
What happens when I use up my monthly allowance?+
Business keeps exporting beyond its allowance at €5 per km². Professional and Small Business are capped at their allowance until the next month — if you regularly need more, the next plan up is the cheaper route per km².
What are country add-ons?+
Every subscription includes our worldwide dataset. Country add-ons unlock premium building data — true roof shapes and accurate heights — for the countries you work in. They cost the same on every plan, are billed with your plan, and you can add or remove them anytime — so the bigger your plan's allowance, the less each premium km² costs.
Can I upload my own point clouds and 3D models?+
Yes — My Data is part of every plan. Upload point cloud scans (LAS, LAZ, COPC), 3D models (Rhino, SketchUp, IFC, DXF, glTF, OBJ and more) or any other site file. Scans are classified and rebuilt into buildings with real roof shapes, terrain and trees within minutes and land on the same map as our city model; models are placed in their real context. Free accounts upload and preview; exporting a project that uses your data is part of Professional, Small Business and Business.
How are My Data allowances counted?+
Processing counts the size of a scan when its run starts: 1 GB a month on a free account, 15 GB on Professional, 40 GB on Small Business and 60 GB on Business, pooled across the organisation on team plans. Business keeps processing beyond its allowance at €3 per GB; the other plans pause until the next month. Storage counts your uploaded files only — 5 GB, 50 GB, 250 GB and 1 TB — and 3D models and pinned files never use processing. Uploads stay private to your workspace.
How many seats do I get?+
Professional is a single seat. Small Business includes 10 seats and Business has no seat limit, all sharing the plan's monthly allowance. Need a different setup? Talk to us about Enterprise.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?+
Yearly billing is 10 months for 12 — two months free — on plans and add-ons alike. The monthly km² allowance stays the same.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly subscriptions run month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime; yearly plans are billed once a year.
Do you offer student discounts?+
Yes — verified students get 70% off the Professional subscription, on the base plan price only. Verification is automatic with your university email.
